Aga Seweryn
Clinical Psychologist
Aga completed her degree in Clinical Psychology at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland, in 2006. She has extensive experience working in both outpatient and inpatient settings within the Polish and UK National Health Services (NHS), supporting adults and adolescents with a wide range of mental health difficulties.
Her therapeutic practice includes proficiency in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), with formal training in psychodynamic psychotherapy. She also incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Behavioural Family Therapy (BFT).
She has a particular interest in working with relationship difficulties, personality disorders, and trauma-related issues such as PTSD and complex trauma.
Therapy is offered in both English and Polish.
