Registered Nurse & Psychotherapist

Rebecca is a qualified and registered nurse specializing in mental health and learning disabilities, with over 23 years of experience as a psychotherapist working with a wide range of mental health issues. 

She holds a BSc and a Master of Science degree in Rational and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, is an accredited EMDR practitioner, and is accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). 

Rebecca is a trained mediator with a focus on trauma-informed CBT and has completed coaching qualifications for performance levels 1 to 3. Her nursing qualifications include registration as a nurse for people with learning disabilities (RNMH), a BSc in Specialist Practice in Community Healthcare, and an MSt in Primary and Community Care.
